1. Who we are

Jesus Moments, a local church based in Kristiansand, Norway.

2. What information we collect

Photos and videos: Captured at services and church events.
Prayer requests: May include confidential or sensitive information provided voluntarily and solely at the data subject’s initiative.
Donation records: Information related to contributions made via VIPPS, PayPal, or other online transfer methods.
Membership details: Name, email, phone, address, membership start date, birthdate, etc.

3. How we use your data

To communicate with you about church activities.
To organize events and groups.
To share photos and videos online or in church materials.
To provide pastoral care, including prayer support.
For church administration and legal obligations.

4. How long we keep data

Membership, volunteer, and leadership information: We retain information about servers, members, volunteers, leaders (paid or unpaid) while you are active in the congregation. If you leave, your information will be kept for up to 5 years in compliance with accounting laws. Membership details required by law are retained even after you leave.
Photos and videos: Retained for up to 3 years to allow sharing of historical events, unless you request deletion sooner.
Prayer requests: Deleted within 6 months after pastoral care is provided.
Donation data: Retained as long as necessary to meet legal and accounting requirements, typically 5 years.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. Data security

We implement appropriate measures (Internal Data Protection Policy) to protect your data.
Access is only granted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Jesus Moments does not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties, unless we are legally required to do so.
